Seriously? Really? Is this for real?
I myself have a really great second-hand children's store I love and visit often. I also go to the thrift store on a pretty regular basis for kids clothes and games/puzzles. This is something the gov't. needs to butt out of and make the manufacture companies pay - not hardworking families and small businesses. AARGH!

I strongly agree.
if this doesnt get fixed quick, my sis will be out of a job. And my diaper business will be a thing of the past : (

there are only a few more votes needed to help in taking this to Obama. All homemade toys, second hand clothing etc. is needed for economic, as well as preservational change. Love!

I hope it passes and they create a black market for hand made toys! I can see it now..."Mother of 4 Arrested For Selling unregistered Toys" We can all thank the Bush admin for another parting shot. So much for conservative small government.
