The garlic was slimy and the texture was terrible!Thomas Hamhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16368285075757756639noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-32140231.post-67542213650045248002007-10-01T19:31:00.000-07:002007-10-01T19:31:00.000-07:00It is funny that you posted about this today becau...It is funny that you posted about this today because my whole house smells like garlic right now. I cooked a whole chicken in my crockpot with about 6 cloves of garlic. We love garlic here too. We always go to a particular Mediterranean restaurant that had the best garlic sauce. It is amazing!

I am Italian; so I was also raised with garlic in just about everything. Oh, and we have our priest and his family coming over tomorrow night and I've pre-made a lasagna and I am planning on having garlic bread to go with it. Yum! I can't wait!!Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-32140231.post-77731101913494027552007-10-01T14:40:00.000-07:002007-10-01T14:40:00.000-07:00Yummy garlic! My roommates in college could always tell when I was cooking as soon as they walked in the door because the air was thick with GARLIC!

Do you live near Gilroy? Do you get the good stuff from The Garlic Capital of the World? :)

I must say, nothing compares to a good piece of buttery garlic bread. mmmm.Xenia Kathrynhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08880128865699100105noreply@blogger.com
